Refund Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers the paid products sold through archiesgurav.in: the Ebook and the Ebook + Production Kit. Free downloads cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Consulting work is covered by the Terms & Conditions.

2. Ebook: my 7-day promise

If the Ebook is not what you expected, email me within 7 days of buying, tell me briefly what didn't work for you, and I will refund the full amount you paid.

3. Ebook + Production Kit

The Kit is code you keep, so it can't be returned and it isn't refundable after download. I will refund you if:

• your files never arrive, or they are corrupted and I can't send you working ones; or
• you find a bug in the Kit and show it to me (the error, your Terraform and AWS provider versions, and the steps to reproduce it). I will try to fix it within 7 days, and if I can't, I will refund you.

Refunds don't cover changing your mind, not having the AWS experience the Kit needs, charges on your AWS bill, or problems caused by changes you made to the code.

4. Files that don't arrive

If files from either product never arrive or won't open, tell me at any time and I will fix it or refund you.

5. How to ask

Email hello@archiesgurav.in from the address you used to buy, and tell me which product you bought and when.

6. How you get your money back

Checkout and delivery are handled by Topmate. Topmate's own rules generally do not refund digital products once they are downloaded, so please ask me rather than Topmate. This promise comes from me. If Topmate can't return the payment, I will send it to you directly by UPI, bank transfer or PayPal. I aim to do this within 7 business days of agreeing the refund.

7. After a refund

Please delete the files you downloaded. Free updates to the product end when it is refunded.

8. Prices

Prices vary by country. You'll see your exact price in your own currency before you pay. Your refund is the amount you paid, and your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate.
